B&I Contractors’ CFO Brian Kelly, told FieldConnect about the challenges of implementing the prior mobile software product, which didn’t satisfy the needs of their field service technicians. “We really hadn’t provided a tool to our service technicians, we gave them a rock. They got mad enough to start throwing the rocks back at us. The technicians said, ‘we need a tool, we don’t need an encumbrance.’”
B&I Contractors changed their mobile software to FieldConnect’s FieldAccess. Brian stated, “I can tell you that after a year and a few months of suffering from the product we had in place, our team was able to demo, procure and install the FieldConnect product in a matter of weeks. Our guys love it. Now we have taken away the rocks and given them a tool in a matter of weeks, which says it all.”
