Founder & CEO
Robert has been the CEO since founding the Company in 2002. He began his career with KPMG, where he spent seven years in the firm’s high technology practice. He was the Senior Vice President and CFO for The Cerplex Group, a NASDAQ listed depot repair company and CFO, International for MAI Systems, a NYSE listed computer hardware, and software company. Robert has also been an investor in several technology startup companies. Mr. Hughes is a CPA and holds a BA degree and an MBA degree from San Diego State University.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve is a proven senior financial executive with 30 years of experience ranging from development-stage start-ups to large multinational companies. He has effectively managed finance and central service organizations that have supported and added value to the companies where he has worked. Steve has also managed numerous merger, acquisition, divestiture, banking and financing transactions in his various roles.
VP of Sales
Keegan’s role is to help organizations understand the benefits of, and acquire the solutions from FieldConnect that will address their most daunting challenges. He is adept at determining customers’ pain points and lining up FieldConnect solutions to solve them. Keegan’s 16 years of experience in selling inform his ability to develop, implement, and adjust the strategies that allow FieldConnect to effectively engage with customers and prospects across multiple vertical markets and job roles.
Director of Client Experience
Mike has built and maintained a strong, positive culture within the Customer Experience practice that translates to FieldConnect customers receiving world-class support. Mike strives to ensure that all FieldConnect customers have a positive experience with our software, from initial implementation through to full deployment across the organization and beyond.
Over the last 20+ years, Chris has had the opportunity to work in both start-up and corporate environments in a variety of application development, delivery, operations and IT management roles. Each of these experiences has focused on the primary function of building an effective methodology for managing worldwide services, IT, and operations organizations. Chris is applying his extensive experience to make sure that FieldConnect products are built in a manner that makes them easy to deploy and maintain, while taking advantage of the latest developments in technology to deliver value over the long term.
Eddie brings to bear his strong background in multiple programming languages as he directs the evolution of the FieldConnect solutions. His experience with Agile/Scrum methodology allows him to effectively combine customer requests for functionality with the technical realities of the product architecture to deliver value to our customers’ organizations.
Andrew has more than 20 years of marketing experience in multiple technology domains and vertical industry segments. With marketing roles in a range of businesses from small start-ups all the way up to a stint with IBM, Andrew has successfully carved out leadership positions for the technology areas he has represented. At FieldConnect, he has the opportunity to build on the company’s successful track record to create additional opportunities as the company embraces cloud computing for future growth.
